Data collected through this website
- Contact form submissions (name, email, cooperative name, message) — used only to respond to your request.
- Basic server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamps) — retained for security and abuse investigation.
Data collected inside the CoopTran platform
Each cooperative society controls the data it stores in CoopTran (member records, ledger entries, transactions). CAMAG Technologies acts as a data processor on behalf of that society. Members should direct data-subject requests to their own society administrator, who will forward them to CAMAG if platform assistance is required.
How we use data
- To operate and support the CoopTran platform.
- To respond to demo requests and support enquiries.
- To maintain security, backups, and system integrity.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with infrastructure providers under contract, and when compelled by lawful authority.
Retention
Contact requests are retained for as long as the enquiry is active plus 12 months. Platform data is retained per the customer society's own retention policy.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing admin@camagtech.com.
